L'invention concerne un matériau photosensible stratifié pour l'électrophotographie, constitué d'un substrat électroconducteur, d'une couche intermédiaire formée sur le substrat et d'une couche supérieure sur la couche intermédiaire La couche intermédiaire comprend, incorporés dans un liant, (A) une phtalocyanine ou un dérivé de phtalocyanine et (B) un composé nitro aromatique polycyclique dans un rapport pondéral de mélange (A)/(B) compris entre 10/5 et 10/40, et la couche supérieure comprend (C) un photoconducteur polymère organique et (B) ledit composé nitro aromatique polycyclique dans un rapport pondéral de mélange (C)/(B) compris entre 6/1 et 1/6.
