Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil de découpe thermique de feuilles de verre. Elle se rapporte à un appareil dans lequel un fil métallique 32 est tendu sur une feuille de verre S légerement bombée afin que le fil soit bien au contact de la surface. Le fil est chauffé alors que des pinces 71 qui serrent les côtés opposés de la feuille S par rapport au fil 32, écartent les parties au fur et à mesure de leur decoupe. Application à la découpe rectiligne des feuilles de verre.
