Abstract
Préparation d'anhydride maléique. L'anhydride maléique est préparé par oxydation de 1,3-butadiène, de n-butylènes, d'aldéhyde crotonique et de furanne avec de l'oxygène moléculaire en phase vapeur, en présence d'oxydes catalytiques d'antimoine, de molybdène, d'au moins un élément choisi dans le groupe formé par le niobium, le zirconium, le titane et le tantale, et éventuellement un agent réducteur capable de réduire au moins une partie du molybdène contenu dans le catalyseur à un état de valence inférieur à + 6, cet agent réducteur étant choisi dans le groupe formé par l'hydrate d'hydrazine, le molybdène, le tungstene, le magnésium, l'aluminium et le nickel; le catalyseur utilisé peut contenir éventuellement d'autres éléments tels que Li, Ag, Ce, Cd, Co, As, Si, Zn, Ce, Bi, Ru, Pt, U, Al et Ni. Permet la préparation d'anhydride maléique avec des rendements élevés.
