Abstract
L'appareil selon l'invention comprend des aubes 1 à 8 tournant autour d'un arbre commun 9 et pouvant pivoter autour de leur propre axe. Un mécanisme de blocage 18 permet d'orienter les aubes au mieux des circonstances en vue d'un rendement maximal et en fonction de la puissance du vent. Applications : créations d'énergie électrique ou de couple; moteurs à vent.
