Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de colonne articulée pour l'exploitation des fonds marins. La colonne 1 selon l'invention est de hauteur immergée variable, par déplacement relatif d'une partie 2 de la colonne, éventuellement séparée de l'embase 3 par déconnexion de l'articulation 5, par rapport à une partie 11 maintenue relativement fixe en position; la colonne 1 de hauteur immergée ainsi réduite peut être remorquée hors du site 4 par un bateau 16. Le système de colonne selon l'invention est utile pour éviter les corps flottant à la dérive indétournables du type iceberg.
