Abstract

La préparation selon l'invention comprend une ou plusieurs souches de Lactobacillus dont la croissance est possible ou activée par addition d'une, deux ou trois substances parmi les substances contenant du soufre, de l'azote et de l'oxygène ou leurs mélanges, à un milieu qui, dans la culture de souches connues de Lactobacillus, ne permet pas d'activer leur croissance, même en présence des substances carbonées suivantes : a. substances soufrées : composés soufrés odorants comprenants Na2 S et H2 S ; b. substances azotées : composés azotés odorants comprenant l'ammoniac, l'indole et le scatole; c. substances carbonées : acides gras inférieurs.
