Abstract

Cette invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique sèche sous forme de dose unitaire convenant à l'administration orale. Elle renferme de 20 mg à 1 500 mg d'amoxycilline trihydrate, de 20 mg à 500 mg de clavulanate de potassium et un véhicule ou excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable, à la condition que le rapport en poids entre l'amoxycilline trihydrate et le clavulanate de potassium soit compris entre 6 : 1 et 1 : 1. Une telle composition présente une stabilité améliorée au magasinage. Elle peut être présentée dans des récipients fermés contenant également un agent desséchant.
