Abstract
La présente invention concerne la mesure de la vitesse d'agrégation de particules en suspension dans des liquides. Selon la présente invention, cette vitesse d'agrégation est déterminée en mesurant les variations en fonction du temps de l'intensité d'un rayonnement lumineux traversant un échantillon de la suspension, cet échantillon étant préalablement introduit dans une cuve optique à disques transparents tout en étant agité vigoureusement, puis étant placé dans la trajectoire horizontale du rayonnement lumineux émanant d'une source lumineuse, et l'échantillon étant soumis à un mouvement de cisaillement lors de la mesure de l'intensité du rayonnement quittant la cuve. Le procédé et le dispositif selon la présente invention peuvent servir à la mesure de la mesure de la vitesse d'agrégation des globules rouges dans le sang.
