Abstract

Dispositif de placage d'un film diélectrique sur une surface mobile électriquement conductrice et connectée à un potentiel fixe (de préférence, la masse) comportant un fil corona et une contre-électrode métallique semi-circulaire reliée à un potentiel sensiblement égal au potentiel de la surface mobile. Lors de l'extrusion d'une masse fondue de polymère sur une surface de refroidissement, on constate une augmentation sensible de la vitesse de placage. Les meilleurs résultats sont obtenus lorsque le rayon de la contre-électrode est sensiblement égal à la distance du fil corona et de la surface mobile Application : placage électrostatique de films.
