Abstract

L'invention a pour objet des bacs ou conteneurs employés pour la culture hors sol et le procédé de fabrication pour les obtenir. Le procédé consiste à déposer sur un moule 1, une feuille de plastique en polyéthylène thermo-rétractable bi-orienté 2, ladite feuille prend la forme du moule 1, on dispose sur le moule et sur la feuille 2, un cerclage métallique 4. A cet effet, le moule 1 comporte des cales pour faciliter la mise en place dudit cerclage métallique. Le moule 1 est retourné, les bords 7 du film 2 sont rabattus et un lance-flamme 8 opère pour chauffer les parois latérales L dudit bac B. Ce chauffage permet de fixer les bords 7 sur le cerclage métallique 4 et de rendre rigides les parois latérales L du moule. Après refroidissement, il suffit de retirer le bac B des moules. L'invention s'applique à la fabrication de tous les bacs pour culture hors sol.
