Abstract

Procédé de préparation de céphamycine C et nouveau produit ainsi obtenu. Ce procédé consiste à cultiver la souche, productrice de céphamycine C, de Streptomyces todominensis ATCC n degrés 31489 dans un milieu nutritif aqueux, à une température d'environ 20 degrés C à environ 40 degrés C pendant environ 20 heures à environ 100 heures, dans des conditions aérobies ou immergées, et à isoler la céphamycine C accumulée à partir du bouillon de fermentation. La présente invention est particulièrement utile pour la préparation de l'antibiotique dit céphamycine C, employé comme médicament et produit vétérinaire
