Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de monocaryons à partir de souches dicaryotiques de Basisiomycetes. Le procédé comprend la fragmentation du mycelium séparant les compartiments hyphaux, la mise de ceux-ci dans une solution de dédicaryotisation contenant de la glycine et une source de carbone pour former des boulettes mycelienne qui sont fragmentées pour obtenir des compartiments hyphaux à une cellule, puis le développement des colonies monocaryotiques. Le procédé selon l'invention permet notamment le développement de nouvelles souches de dicaryons à partir des monocaryons isolés.
