Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de jantes de roues notamment pour véhicules automobiles. En un premier temps, on fabrique une structure de base standardisée, par exemple par emboutissage d'une tôle métallique, qui constitue les renforts mécaniques, en particulier au niveau du moyeu et des boulons de fixation, puis en une seconde étape, on surmoule sur cette structure de base, par moulage par injection, le corps de la jante, ce qui lui confère son aspect et ses volumes définitifs.
