Abstract

L'invention concerne un système pour produire un faisceau électronique plat à focalisation purement électrostatique dans un tube à rayons X. Dans ce système constitué d'un tube 1 à rayons X comportant une cathode 5, une anode d'attraction en forme de diaphragme et une anode tournante 9 sur laquelle tombe le faisceau d'électrons 7, la surface active de la cathode 5 est disposée pivotée de 90 degrés par rapport à l'anode d'attraction tandis qu'entre la cathode et l'anode d'attraction et entre la cathode et l'électrode déflectrice sont disposées des électrodes de mise en forme du faisceau.
