Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une tôle d'acier au silicium, électrique, à grain orienté. Une tôle d'acier au silicium, électrique, composé de grains recristallisés secondaires ou tertiaires orientés dans une ou deux directions, est produite par un procédé comportant un traitement de recuit de décarburation en atmosphère oxydante au cours duquel un rapport PH2 O/PH 2 , où PH2 O représente une pression partielle de vapeur d'eau dans ladite atmosphère oxydante une pression partielle d'hydrogène dans ladite atmosphère oxydante, est réglé à une valeur de 0,15 ou plus lors dune phase initiale dudit traitement de recuit de décarburation, puis à une valeur inférieure à celle de ladite phase initiale lors d'une phase finale dudit traitement de recuit de décarburation. Application à la production d'une tôle d'acier au silicium, électrique, à grain orienté, présentant d'excellentes propriétés magnétiques et une qualité supérieure de liaison à une pellicule vitrifiée ou à une pellicule de revêtement, avec un taux de décarburation élevé.
