Abstract

Presse à braser par induction pour réunir à un embouti comprenant un fond plat et des bords relevés, un revêtement diffuseur de chaleur recouvrant le fond et une partie des bords. Elle comprend notamment un inducteur principal destiné à chauffer les parties centrales planes respectives du revêtement et de l'embouti, qui est moulé dans un bloc en une résine thermodurcissable ou polymérisante, qui constitue l'une des mâchoires de la presse, est protégé contre l'échauffement de son fond par un écran froid constitué par un serpentin tubulaire métallique inséré entre l'inducteur et le fond du bloc de manière contiguë à celui-ci, parcouru d'un fluide de refroidissement, et moulé dans le bloc. La paroi latérale du corps du bloc-même est entourée d'une enveloppe cylindrique externe mince en cuivre, coupée sur toute sa hauteur par une fente qui en fait une spire ouverte, et refroidie à l'aide d'un tube de cuivre en serpentin, brasé sur sa face extérieure et hydrauliquement réuni au serpentin protégeant le fond du bloc. Applicable à la fabrication de casseroles à double fond.
