Abstract
La présente addition concerne un alliage du type de celui décrit dans le brevet principal. Cet alliage contient, en poids, 0,05 à 0,60 % de carbone, 20 à 55 % de nickel, 15 à 40 % de chrome, 0,5 à 2 % de silicium, 0,5 à 2 % de manganèse, 0,03 à 0,20 % d'azote, 0 à 2 % de niobium, 0 à 5 % de tungstène et/ou molybdène, 2 à 8 % d'aluminium, 0 à 5 % de cuivre, le pourcentage résiduel étant représenté par le fer et les impuretés habituelles en quantités aussi faibles que possible. L'alliage de la présente addition présente une résistance remarquable à l'oxydation et à la carburation par les agents carburants, notamment solides et gazeux, jusqu'à de très hautes températures, pouvant aller jusqu'à au moins 1 150 degrés C.
