Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à l'analyse biologique. Elle concerne un procédé pour mesurer des récepteurs d'antigène sur des membranes de cellules, caractérisé en ce que les cellules sont mélangées avec une solution aqueuse isotonique d'un antigène immunoréactif soluble dans l'eau, marqué qui est d'une pureté d'au moins 95 % et est immunoréactif à au moins 40 %, le mélange est mis à incuber à une température comprise entre 4 degrés C et 40 degrés C pendant un temps suffisant pour qu'on arrive à la liaison à l'équilibre, on récolte les cellules à partir du mélange ayant subi l'incubation, et on mesure la quantité d'antigène marqué fixée sur les cellules récoltées. Utilisation par les laboratoires d'analyse.
