Abstract

Le procédé comprend l'hydrolyse d'un dérivé N,N-disubstitué-o-(2,6-dichloroanilino)phénylacétamide avec un alcali. On obtient ainsi un nouvel intermédiaire utilisable dans la préparation du Diclofenac, c'est-à-dire un N,N-disubstitué-o-halogéno-phénylacétamide dans lequel l'halogène est l'iode ou le brome. Le Diclofenac est utilisable comme analgésique et anti-inflammatoire pour les douleurs aiguës et chroniques.
