Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de détection de température. Cet appareil comporte un premier transistor connecté en diode dont le courant direct est réglé à une certaine valeur et un second transistor de caractéristiques électriques similaires mais dont la constante de temps thermique est différente. Une différence de température entre les deux transistors est détectée par la variation du courant de collecteur de l'un d'entre eux. L'invention s'applique notamment à un appareil de détection d'incendie.
