Abstract

Procédé pour obtenir une solution d'acide clarifié 25-35 % de P2 O5 à partir du produit obtenu dans une installation de fabrication d'acide phosphorique par le procédé humide, procédé caractérisé en ce qu il consiste : a. A éliminer les boues de la solution d'acide phosphorique par un séparateur à plaques ondulées inclinées sans addition de réactif chimique ; b. A éliminer la matière organique de la solution d'acide phosphorique par une phase kérosène en utilisant un système à mélangeur-décanteur; c. A traiter la troisième phase brute produite dans le décanteur de l'extracteur par un séparateur centrifuge en vue de récupérer le kérosène.
