Abstract

L'invention est relative à un procédé de détermination enzymatique-colorimétrique de l'urée dans les analyses cliniques et aux réactifs utilisés dans ce procédé L'objet de l'invention réside essentiellement dans le fait que l'on utilise un réactif comprenant essentiellement une uréase, un tampon, du nitroprussiates ou de l'aquopentacyanoferrate et un dérivé phénolique portant au moins sur le cycle un groupement carboxylique. Grâce à l'utilisation d'une telle composition, il est possible de déterminer l'urée suivant un procédé en deux étapes consistant à additionner le réactif à l'échantillon à incuber et à faire suivre cette addition par l'addition d'hypochlorite, d'une nouvelle incubation et de la lecture colorimétrique.
