Abstract

a. Dispositif pour le retournement de portions, de préférence de produits de boulangerie à longue conservation. b. Dispositif caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de retournement a la configuration d'un tambour de retournement 1 placé de façon à pouvoir tourner sur un axe 5, lequel tambour présente plusieurs pinces de retenue en position coaxiale sur sa circonférence, et que dans la zone du retournement, de chaque côté des pinces de retenue, se trouvent des cloisons de séparation 12 qui sont fixées, en position fixe, à un axe 13 disposé sur un bras de support 14, et que le dispositif d'acheminement et le dispositif d'évacuation sont disposés axialement par rapport au tambour de retournement 1. c. L'invention concerne un dispositif pour le retournement de portions, de préférence de produits de boulangerie à longue conservation. (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI)
