Abstract

Le carton selon l'invention permet de fabriquer des plateaux de stockage et/ ou de transport, notamment de produits alimentaires, tels que des fromages par un procédé simple de pliage.Chaque carton est constitué de quatre pans de bord de côtés (12B) et de quatre ensembles de coin (18B) orientés à 45degre par rapport à chacun des bords du carton (10B) et des pans de bord de côtés (12B). Le pliage des trois parties (13B, 15B et 17B) de chaque ensemble de coin (18B) se fait de manière alternée, en accordéon. Le coin (19B) dépassant du bord permet de constituer un tenon de fixation s'insérant dans un trou carré pratiqué à la base du pan triangulaire (17B) du plateau placé juste au-dessus. Des pans d'angles (24B) pliés à partir des pans de bord de côtés (12B) sont collés sur les ensembles de coins (18B).Application au transport et/ ou stockage des fromages.

Carton selon la revendication 2, caractérise en ce que la hauteur (Hc) de chaque pan de coin (17A) est inférieure ou égale à la hauteur (H) des pans de bord (13A) et des pans de renfort (15A). 7. Plateau de stockage et/ou de transport constitué a partir d'un carton selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est fabriqué par les opérations suivantes . - pliage des plans des ensembles de coins (18A, 18B) de façon alternée, en accordéon, successivement les pans de bord (13A, 13B) de renfort (15A, 15B) et de coin (17A, 17B) ; pliage des quatre autres pans de bord, de cgté, (12A, 12B), par leurs marquages de base (11A, 11B), de la même façon que le pliage des pans de bord (13A, 13B) des ensembles de coin (18A, 18B) ; collage des parties pliées les unes sur les autres ; - pliage des pans de bord de côté (12A, ) ; - pliage des pans d'angle (24A, 24B) ; - collage des pans d'angle (24A, 24B) l'extérieur des ensembles de coin (18A, 18B) pliés. 8. Plateau selon la revendications 7 dépendante de la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le coin (19B) de chaque ensemble de coin (18B) dépasse bord ainsi formé par le pliage inversé de chaque ensemble de coin (18B) constituant ainsi un tenon de fixation destiné à s'insérer dans un des trous formés les trous carrés (29B) du plateau placé au-dessus.
