Abstract

Le procédé de production de sucres et éventuellement d'alcools et/ou de solvants à partir d'une charge de biomasse, comporte les étapes suivantes : a) on effectue une étape de prétraitement P par mise en contact et chauffage de la charge de biomasse C avec de l'eau W et un composé basique ou acide A, de manière à obtenir un substrat prétraité 4, b) on extrait Ex1 un flux liquide 13 du substrat prétraité, c) on mélange au moins une partie du flux liquide 13 obtenu à l'étape b) avec un agent B de neutralisation du pH de manière à obtenir un flux liquide 15 comportant l'agent de neutralisation du pH, d) on mélange le flux liquide 15 comportant l'agent de neutralisation du pH avec le substrat prétraité 12 de manière à obtenir un substrat 6 comportant des sucres.
