Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de fabrication d'un noyau pour te moulage d'une aube d'une turbomachine, comprenant des étapes consistant à : - placer une feuille de céramique (1) souple dans une cavité d'un moule (2) de manière à mettre en forme la feuille de céramique (1), - introduire une pâte de céramique dans la cavité du moule (2), la pâte de céramique formant au moins un cadre (3) en contact avec la feuille de céramique (1), et - cofritter la feuille de céramique (1) et le cadre (3) de manière à solidariser la feuille de céramique (1) et le cadre (3) entre eux, le cadre (3) maintenant la forme de la feuille de céramique (1) donnée par le moule (2) durant les étapes précédant le cofrittage.
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant une étape préalable consistant à : - découper des motifs d'évidements (41, 42, 43) dans la feuille de céramique (1).
- 3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les motifs d'évidements (41, 42, 43) sont de forme rectangulaire, triangulaire et/ou sinusoïdale.
- 4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, dans lequel l'espace entre deux motifs d'évidements successifs (41, 42, 43) est inférieur à 5 25 millimètres.
- 5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel la feuille de céramique (1) comprend de la silice et de l'alumine.
- 6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel la pâte de céramique formant le cadre (3) comprend de la silice et du zircon.
- 7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel la feuille de céramique (1) présente un module d'Young inférieur à 5 GigaPascals.
- 8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel la feuille de 5 céramique (1) a une épaisseur comprise entre 0,04 millimètres et 0,5 millimètres.
- 9. Procédé de fabrication d'une aube de turbomachine comprenant au moins une étape consistant à :
- 10 - mouler l'aube dans un moule contenant un noyau obtenu par un procédé conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 8. 10. Turbomachine comprenant une aube fabriquée selon un procédé de fabrication conforme à la revendication 9.15
