Abstract

La présente invention concerne les dispositifs de découpe automatisés d'un pain en tranches. Le dispositif se caractérise essentiellement par le fait qu'il comprend un bâti ; un compartiment de chargement 1 et un compartiment de déchargement 2, ces deux compartiments 1, 2 comportant chacun une base 4,11 ; un ensemble de lames 3 de découpe du pain 5 avec des lames agencées parallèlement les unes par rapport aux autres entre les deux compartiments 1, 2, de sorte que le pain 5 puisse se déplacer suivant une direction de coupe 6 à travers l'ensemble de lames 3 au cours de la coupe, les lames s'étendant parallèlement à la direction de coupe 6 et pouvant subir un mouvement de va-et-vient ; un organe de retenue 12 s'étendant parallèlement aux lames 3 et à la base 11 du compartiment 2, cet organe 12 étant mobile dans ce compartiment 2 de manière à pouvoir se déplacer entre une position rapprochée des lames 3, dans laquelle l'organe de retenue 12 vient au contact d'un côté frontal du pain 5, et une position éloignée des lames 3, dans laquelle le pain 5, complètement coupé en tranches, se trouve entre les lames 3 et l'organe 12 et dans laquelle l'organe 12 s'étend parallèlement aux lames 3 et s'appuie contre le côté frontal du pain.
