Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode de mesure des concentrations des espèces présentes en au moins un point d'une unité de séparation fonctionnant en lit mobile simulé (LMS), ou une unité de séparation hybride mettant en œuvre une étape de séparation en lit mobile simulé (LMS) et une étape de cristallisation, ladite méthode comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) étalonnage par acquisitions de spectres Raman en ligne pour différents mélanges dans des conditions représentatives d'une unité industrielle et prélèvement simultané pour analyse par une technique de référence, permettant de construire un ou plusieurs modèle(s) mathématique(s) par constituant en fonction de sa teneur ; b) analyse par traitement du signal en ligne : on traite le spectre Raman obtenu en chaque point de mesure au moyen d'une méthode mathématique chimiométrique mettant en œuvre pour chaque constituant le ou lesdits modèles construits lors de l'étape d'étalonnage, tenant compte de la température (Téch), au point de mesure considéré ainsi que de la gamme de concentrations Cj des espèces présentes au dit point de mesure, pour obtenir la concentration Ci de chaque espèce présente. L'invention concerne également l'application de la méthode de mesure au contrôle et à la régulation d'une unité de séparation des xylènes, et le dispositif de mesure et de contrôle.
