Abstract
La présente invention appartient au domaine de la microbiologie et de la culture de microorganismes. Elle a trait plus spécifiquement aux solutions alternatives proposées aux milieux de culture gélosés traditionnels. Dans ce contexte, elle propose un dispositif de culture microbiologique, comprenant : - une pièce en matériau absorbant ayant une face supérieure au moins sensiblement plane et incorporant dans son épaisseur une composition de milieu de culture déshydratée, - reposant sur ladite pièce en matériau absorbant, un feuillet d'hydrogel polysaccharidique déshydraté et réhydratable à des températures comprises entre 5°C et 40°C ; ledit feuillet d'hydrogel déshydraté étant apposé directement sur la face supérieure de ladite pièce en matériau absorbant, ou indirectement au travers d'une membrane perméable intercalaire.
