Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé pour le suivi de la qualité d'un produit, notamment alimentaire, caractérisé en de qu'il comprend : a. un capteur apte à transcrire un facteur de sollicitation extrinsèque au produit en un signal de mesure dit extrinsèque ; b. un centre de calcul et de traitement ; c. des moyens pour transmettre le signal de mesure extrinsèque au centre de traitement ; d. un programme informatique de traitement, hébergé par le centre de traitement, comprenant un modèle reliant la qualité du produit au temps et au facteur de sollicitation ; e. un terminal utilisateur ; f. des moyens pour transmettre une information relative à la qualité du produit, déduite de programme informatique de traitement, du centre de traitement vers le terminal utilisateur.
