Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d’une pluralité de sacs (1) d’emballage comprenant des étapes consistant, à partir d’une bande (7) de film en matière plastique déroulée en continue, à : - étape A : plier une bande (7) dans sa longueur pour définir une paroi avant (2) repliée sur une paroi arrière (3) ; - étape D : insérer transversalement à intervalles réguliers correspondants aux largeurs des sacs (1), et entre les parois avant (8) et arrière (9) de la bande (7), des pliages (13) de film définissant chacun deux soufflets (4) repliés en regard l’un de l’autre et reliés entre eux par un bord longitudinal ; - étape E : souder et découper transversalement la bande (7) entre les deux soufflets (4) de chaque pliage (13) pour former les sacs (1) d’emballage ; - étape F : souder les ouvertures de chaque sac (1) et réaliser au niveau de l’un des soufflets (4) au moins une ligne de fragilisation transversale (15) adaptée pour donner accès à une ouverture partielle (6) de remplissage après rupture de la ligne de fragilisation. Selon l’invention, avant l’étape D, le procédé comprend des étapes consistant à : - étape B : fixer sur chacune des parois avant (8) et arrière (9) de la bande (7) et à proximité d’un bord longitudinal de la bande (7), un premier brin (10) de moyens d’accouplement complémentaire de type hermaphrodite, les premiers brins (10) étant destinés à être en regard l’un de l’autre lorsque la bande (7) est pliée et sont fixés longitudinalement et de manière discontinue à intervalles réguliers le long de la bande (7) à partir de chaque ligne transversale (12) destinée à devenir le bord latéral d’un sac (1), chaque premier brin (10) présente une longueur correspondant à la dimension de l’ouverture partielle (6) et au moins à la moitié de la largeur d’un soufflet (4) ; - étape C : fixer sur toute la largeur d’un seul soufflet (4) de chaque pliage (13) un second brin (11) de moyens d’accouplement complémentaire de type hermaphrodite, le second brin (11) étant positionné pour pouvoir, avant l’étape E, être mis en regard avec les premiers brins (10).
