Abstract
Sonde de champ électromagnétique La présente description concerne une sonde (10) de champ électromagnétique comprenant :- un plan de masse (12) ;- un toit capacitif (13);le plan de masse et le toit capacitif étant séparés par un matériau diélectrique (14) ;- au moins trois vias (110, 111, 112) s’étendant au travers du matériau diélectrique, chacun desdits vias étant soit un via d’excitation (110) relié électriquement au toit capacitif et isolé électriquement du plan de masse, soit un via de retour de masse (111, 112) reliant électriquement le plan de masse et le toit capacitif ; les au moins trois vias comprenant au moins un via d’excitation et au moins un via de retour de masse et étant agencés de manière à former, lorsque le au moins un via d’excitation est alimenté, une première et une deuxième boucles de courant, chaque boucle de courant s’étendant dans le plan du toit capacitif et dans une direction orthogonale audit toit capacitif, de sorte à être sensible à un champ magnétique (H1, H2) parallèle au plan du toit capacitif, les première et deuxième boucles de courant ayant des directions orthogonales l’une par rapport à l’autre dans le plan du toit capacitif.
