Procédé (100) de fabrication d’une aube comprenant la préparation (102) d’une préforme de longeron disposée dans un premier moule, la préforme de longeron comportant une âme et un pied ; une première étape d’injection (104) d’une première résine thermodurcissable dans la préforme de longeron ; la polymérisation partielle (106) de la première résine dans la préforme de longeron jusqu’à vitrification partielle de la première résine thermodurcissable ; le positionnement (108) d’une préforme de corps autour de l’âme de la préforme de longeron ; l’injection (110) d’une deuxième résine dans la préforme de corps d’aube ; et la polymérisation complète (112) de la première et de la deuxième résine.
