Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de production d’une solution aqueuse de 5-hydroxyméthylfurfural (5-HMF), comprenant :- une étape a) de mise en contact d’une charge comprenant du 5-HMF et du diméthoxysulfoxyde (DMSO), avec un contre-extrait aqueux intermédiaire issu de l’étape c), pour obtenir un mélange aqueux,- une étape b) d’extraction liquide-liquide du mélange aqueux par un flux de solvant d’extraction, pour produire un raffinat aqueux et un extrait organique intermédiaire,- une étape c) de contre-lavage de l’extrait organique intermédiaire par un solvant aqueux, pour produire le contre-extrait aqueux intermédiaire et un raffinat organique,- une étape d) de contre-extraction liquide-liquide du raffinat organique obtenu à l’issue de l’étape c) par un flux aqueux, pour produire un effluent organique et un contre-extrait aqueux de 5-HMF.
