Abstract
Dispositif de régulation thermique, et dispositif de charge comprenant un dispositif de régulation thermique L’invention concerne un dispositif de régulation thermique, notamment de refroidissement, de deux éléments, notamment des composants électriques, susceptibles de dégager de la chaleur lors de leur fonctionnement, ledit dispositif comprenant une première plaque (3) et une deuxième plaque (4), et en outre une troisième plaque (5) assemblée entre la première et la deuxième plaque afin de former ensemble de part et d’autres de ladite troisième plaque (5) une pluralité de canaux entre lesdites première et deuxième plaques, lesdits canaux étant configurés pour être traversé par un fluide, notamment un fluide réfrigérant, le dispositif étant caractérisé en ce qu’un premier sous-groupe de canaux de la pluralité de canaux partage une surface plus importante avec la première plaque (3) que la surface partagée entre un second sous-groupe de canaux de la pluralité de canaux et la deuxième plaque.
