Abstract

La fabrication d’un module photovoltaïque (10) comprend la fourniture d’une première couche (12) ayant une forme gauche, la fabrication d’une deuxième couche (14) ayant une forme gauche, puis la mise en place d’un empilement incluant en outre cellules photovoltaïques (16) et au moins un matériau d’encapsulation (181, 182) dans un moule d’assemblage (20) variant entre une configuration de fermeture délimitant un entrefer prédéterminé (26) et une configuration d’ouverture. Dans une étape d’assemblage, où la configuration de fermeture du moule d’assemblage (20) est adoptée, la température au sein de l’empilement est maintenue à une température fonctionnelle (Tfonc) comprise entre 70°C et 180°C, et de préférence entre 80°C et 150°C, pendant une période d’assemblage adaptée en fonction de l’au moins un matériau d’encapsulation (181, 182) pour que l’au moins un matériau d’encapsulation (181, 182) subisse une fusion au moins partiellement et créer un ensemble encapsulant (18) apte à adhérer d’une part à la pluralité de cellules photovoltaïques (16) et d’autre part à la première couche (12) et/ou à la deuxième couche (14).
