Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un produit alimentaire pour animaux domestiques carnivores; Il comprend les étapes successives suivantes : première lyophilisation (8) de végétaux puis stockage à l’abri de l’air (9) des végétaux lyophilisés ; mélange (10) de viande et de végétaux lyophilisés issus de l’étape précédente dont les proportions sont entre 92% et 97% de viande et entre 3% et 8% de végétaux lyophilisés ; hachage du mélange de l’étape précédente ; congélation du produit issu de l’étape précédente ; deuxième lyophilisation (13) configurée pour extraire de l’eau contenue dans le produit de l’étape précédente jusqu’à obtenir un taux d’humidité inférieure à 2% ; stockage (14) à l’abri de l’air du produit alimentaire lyophilisé issu de l’étape précédente.
