Abstract

Procédé de pilotage automatique d’un déclenchement d’un affûtage du fil tranchant d’une lame de coupe pour machine de coupe L’invention concerne un procédé de pilotage automatique d’un déclenchement d’un affûtage du fil tranchant d’une lame de coupe pour machine de coupe, comprenant la détermination (S02) de composantes d’un torseur d’actions mécaniques au point de guidage de la lame de coupe dans le repère de la lame, la détermination (S03) d’une valeur de seuil admissible pour une variable établie à partir de l’une au moins des composantes du torseur d’actions mécaniques et en fonction de paramètres géométriques de la lame de coupe et de caractéristiques d’épaisseur et de matière du matelas à découper, le suivi au cours de la coupe du matériau de variations d’amplitudes de la variable choisie pour déterminer la valeur de seuil, et le déclenchement automatique (S07) d’une alerte pour solliciter un cycle d’affûtage du fil tranchant de la lame de coupe dès que l’amplitude de la variable choisie pour déterminer la valeur de seuil atteint ladite valeur de seuil.
