Abstract

Un moteur à lumière à DEL encapsulé comprenant une carte de circuit imprimé, une ou plusieurs matrices de DEL, chacune des une ou plusieurs matrices de DEL étant montée sur la carte de circuit imprimé, une couche d’encapsulation pré-moulée positionnée sur et collée à la carte de circuit imprimé, un châssis positionné sur les une ou plusieurs matrices de DEL et fixé à la carte de circuit imprimé, une feuille métallique positionnée entre la couche d’encapsulation pré-moulée et le châssis, dans lequel la couche d’encapsulation pré-moulée comporte une pluralité de lentilles positionnées sur une pluralité de DEL sur chacune des une ou plusieurs matrices de DEL, et dans lequel la feuille métallique comporte une pluralité d’orifices à travers lesquels s’étend la pluralité de lentilles sur la couche d’encapsulation pré-moulée.
