Abstract
Procédé d’extraction sélective d’un sel à extraire à partir d’une saumure La présente invention porte sur un procédé d’extraction sélective d’un sel à extraire à partir d’une saumure à traiter contenant ledit sel à extraire, caractérisé par le fait que : on adresse la saumure à traiter (S1) à un agitateur-mélangeur (1a) d’extraction dans lequel on introduit également une phase organique hydrophobe liquide, on mélange ladite saumure et ladite phase organique hydrophobe liquide dans ledit agitateur mélangeur (1a) d’extraction, et on adresse le mélange à un décanteur-séparateur (1d), pour obtenir : une saumure de laquelle du sel à extraire a été retiré ; et une phase organique chargée en sel à extraire ; on récupère la saumure de laquelle le sel à extraire a été retiré ; on adresse la phase organique chargée en sel à extraire à un échangeur de chaleur dit « organique » (1e) dans lequel elle est réchauffée avant d’être adressée à une colonne (1c ; 2c) dite de régénération dans laquelle on réalise un échange à contre-courant avec de l’eau chaude, se trouvant à une température supérieure à celle de la saumure de départ, pour obtenir : une eau contenant le sel à extraire ; et une phase organique régénérée, ayant perdu le sel à extraire ; on recycle la phase organique régénérée dans l’agitateur-mélangeur (1a) d’extraction.
