Abstract

Dispositif de pressurage pour raisins, apte à coopérer avec une enceinte présentant une ouverture supérieure et comportant : - un premier plateau (24) présentant un contour adapté à la forme de l’enceinte, - un second plateau (26) perforé disposé en vis-à-vis du premier plateau et présentant un contour de second plateau adapté à l’intérieur de l’enceinte, - des moyens de liaison mécanique entre le premier plateau (24) et le second plateau (26) avec au moins deux systèmes vis/écrou comprenant chacun un écrou en prise avec une tige filetée (12), de telle sorte que le second plateau (26) puisse être entrainé vers le premier plateau (24), et - des moyens de liaison dudit dispositif à ladite enceinte. Système de pressurage/transport mettant en œuvre un tel dispositif de pressurage. Procédé de vinification mettant en œuvre un tel système de pressurage/transport. Figure de l’abrégé : Figure 2
