Abstract

TITRE : Amplificateur laser fibré comprenant un dispositif de pompe latérale. La présente invention concerne un amplificateur optique fibré, comprenant une fibre optique amplificatrice (1), comprenant un cœur dopé (11), au moins une gaine optique (12, 13) et un revêtement externe (14), l’amplificateur optique comprenant également au moins un dispositif de pompe latérale (2), comprenant une fibre optique de pompe (21) assemblée à la fibre optique amplificatrice (1) au niveau d’une zone de jonction (20). Selon l’invention, le revêtement externe (14) est réalisé dans un matériau à forte conductivité thermique, recouvre l’essentiel du périmètre de la fibre optique amplificatrice (1) au niveau des segments (101, 102) de cette fibre qui entourent la zone de jonction (20), et recouvre une partie de ce périmètre au niveau du segment (103) de cette fibre comprenant la zone de jonction (20), afin que le revêtement externe (14) s’étende sans interruption sur la fibre optique amplificatrice (1).
