Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un ensemble vitré comprenant une première feuille de verre, une deuxième feuille de verre et une couche d’amortissement viscoélastique pour l’affaiblissement acoustique d’un véhicule, la couche d’amortissement viscoélastique étant agencée entre la première feuille de verre et la deuxième feuille de verre et étant en contact direct avec la première feuille de verre, le procédé comprenant une première étape de dépôt d’une couche de latex sur une première face de la première feuille de verre, le dépôt étant mis en œuvre par un écoulement d’un latex par gravité sur la première face par un distributeur de latex, le latex comprenant le polymère acrylique, l’agent tackifiant, et l’agent plastifiant.
