Abstract

L’invention concerne un dispositif d’administration sous-cutanée d’un médicament, comprenant une cartouche (20) comprenant un récipient (22) contenant le médicament, un piston (26) pouvant coulisser dans ledit récipient (22) et un septum perçable (24) couplé à une extrémité du récipient (22). Le dispositif comprend en outre une aiguille de perçage (32) configurée pour percer le septum perçable (24), une aiguille d’injection configurée pour injecter le médicament à un patient à travers un trajet fluidique (30), un système d’ouverture de trajet fluidique (40) configuré pour insérer partiellement l’aiguille de perçage (32) dans le septum perçable (24), un mécanisme de déplacement d’aiguille d’injection (60) configuré pour déplacer l’aiguille d’injection entre une position de repos dans laquelle l’aiguille d’injection est entièrement disposée à l’intérieur du dispositif et une position d’injection dans laquelle l’aiguille d’injection fait saillie au moins en partie depuis le dispositif, un mécanisme d’administration de médicament (110) configuré pour déplacer d’une manière commandée le piston (26) dans le récipient (22) vers le septum perçable (24), un rotor (56) configuré pour commander le système d’ouverture de trajet fluidique (40), le mécanisme de déplacement d’aiguille d’injection (60), et le mécanisme d’administration de médicament (110), une unité de commande configurée pour entraîner le rotor (56) alternativement dans une première direction de rotation et dans une deuxième direction de rotation opposée à la première direction de rotation, un premier organe de transmission de mouvement (50) connecté au rotor (56) et configuré pour entraîner le système d’ouverture de trajet fluidique (40) et le mécanisme de déplacement d’aiguille d’injection (60) par rotation du rotor (56) dans la première direction de rotation et un deuxième organe de transmission de mouvement (110) connecté au rotor (56) et configuré pour entraîner le mécanisme d’administration de médicament (110) par rotation du rotor (56) dans la deuxième direction de rotation.
