Abstract

L’invention concerne un dispositif d’administration sous-cutanée d’un médicament, comprenant une cartouche (20) ayant un récipient (22) contenant le médicament et un septum perçable (24) couplé à une extrémité (23) du récipient (22), une aiguille de perçage (32) configurée pour percer le septum perçable (24), une aiguille d’injection (34) configurée pour injecter le médicament à un patient et définissant, avec l’aiguille de perçage (32), un trajet fluidique configuré pour être parcouru par le médicament pendant l’administration sous-cutanée du médicament. Le dispositif comprend en outre un système d’ouverture de trajet fluidique (40) configuré pour mettre l’aiguille d’injection en communication fluidique avec le récipient (22) à travers l’aiguille de perçage (32). Ce système (40) comprend un organe de support (42) sur lequel l’aiguille de perçage (32) est montée et mobile entre une première position de fonctionnement dans laquelle l’aiguille de perçage (32) est espacée du septum (24) et le trajet fluidique est fermé et une seconde position de fonctionnement dans laquelle l’aiguille de perçage (32) a percé le septum (24) et le trajet fluidique est ouvert, un élément élastique (46) configuré pour exercer sur l’organe de support (42) une action de poussée qui est appropriée pour déplacer l’organe de support (42) de la première position de fonctionnement à la seconde position de fonctionnement, et un organe d’entraînement pouvant tourner autour d’un axe de rotation et mobile d’une première position angulaire dans laquelle l’organe d’entraînement maintient l’organe de support (42) dans la première position de fonctionnement en contrecarrant l’action de poussée de l’élément élastique (46) à une deuxième position angulaire dans laquelle l’organe de support (42) est libre de se déplacer de la première position de fonctionnement à la seconde position de fonctionnement en raison de l’action de poussée de l’élément élastique (46).
