Abstract
L’ invention concerne un procédé d’hydrogénation d’un hydrocarbure insaturé (103) par de l’hydrogène (102):- a) on traite l’hydrogène (101) dans une section de traitement (3a, 3b) afin d’en retirer au moins une partie d’impuretés par mise en contact de l’hydrogène avec un matériau d’adsorption de ladite impureté, pour obtenir un hydrogène traité (102),- b) on fait réagir l’hydrocarbure insaturé (103) avec l’hydrogène traité (102) en présence d’un catalyseur dans une section réactionnelle (2), afin d’obtenir un effluent (104) comprenant l’hydrocarbure hydrogéné,- c) on prélève une première portion (106) de l’effluent comprenant l’hydrocarbure hydrogéné,- d) on chauffe (9) ladite première portion d’effluent (106) jusqu’à au moins une température de désorption du matériau d’adsorption,- e) on régénère ledit matériau d’adsorption, en le mettant en contact avec la première portion de l’effluent (106) portée jusqu’à au moins la température de désorption dudit matériau d’adsorption.
