Abstract
L’invention concerne un dispositif de traitement de données mettant en œuvre un procédé d’aide à la sélection d’au moins une trajectoire optimale pour une intervention médicale mini-invasive sur un os. Le dispositif est notamment configuré pour identifier (102) dans un modèle anatomique en trois dimensions un point cible à atteindre dans un os d’un patient, et pour effectuer au moins une itération comprenant les étapes de : détermination (103) d’une région et d’une résolution d'échantillonnage de points d'entrée candidats, élimination (104) de trajectoires candidates en fonction d’au moins un critère de validité prédéterminé,pour chaque trajectoire candidate restante, calcul (105) d’au moins une fonction de coût à partir d’une pluralité de caractéristiques quantifiées,affichage (106) sur le modèle anatomique des trajectoires candidates avec un moyen de visualisation rapide de la fonction de coût,sélection (107) d’une trajectoire optimale parmi les trajectoires candidates affichées.
