Système de pilotage (1) pour un pilotage en travail d’une grue (100 ; 200), comprenant au moins : - une interface de pilotage (2) ; - un système de contrôle-commande (3) raccordé à l’interface de pilotage ; - des actionneurs de travail (6 ; 61, 62) assurant les déplacements de la charge ; - des variateurs de vitesse (4 ; 41) raccordés au système de contrôle-commande et aux actionneurs de travail pour recevoir des ordres de pilotage (DO1 ; DO2) venant du système de contrôle-commande et transmettre aux actionneurs de travail des consignes de vitesse (S6 ; S61 ; S62) ; avec au moins un des variateurs de vitesse (4 ; 41), dit variateur commun (41), raccordé à au moins des deux actionneurs de travail, dits actionneurs mutualisés (61, 62), au moyen d’un relais de répartition (51), de sorte que le variateur commun pilote alternativement chacun des actionneurs mutualisés.
