L’invention concerne une installation de séchage comprenant : - une chambre de séchage (1),-des moyens d’alimentation en CO2 (3);-des moyens de circulation (213a, 213b) pour forcer la circulation du CO2 à travers la chambre de séchage (1) selon un circuit fermé ;-des moyens de chauffage (2);-des moyens de recyclage (600) du CO2-des moyens de métrologie (5); -des moyens de commande (6);-un module d’inversion de flux (206) configuré pour permettre la circulation du CO2 dans un premier sens de circulation, et dans un second sens de circulation de la chambre de séchage (1), et apte à uniformiser la répartition thermique dans la chambre de séchage (1).
