Abstract

L’invention se rapporte à un frein pour une roue de véhicule motorisé. Le frein comprend une unité de commande locale (17) qui est configurée pour commander le freinage de la roue. Selon l’invention, le frein comprend un circuit analogique de secours (5) qui est configuré pour transmettre un signal représentatif d’une vitesse de rotation détectée de la roue à l’unité de commande locale (17), lorsqu’une défaillance d’un réseau de transmission de données de freinage est détectée et/ou lorsqu’une défaillance d’une unité de commande centrale (12) de système de freinage du véhicule motorisé est détectée.
